How much is the shipping cost?
FREE SHIPPING for orders above RM30 (Peninsular Malaysia), RM100 (Sabah & Sarawak).
For orders below RM30 (Peninsular Malaysia), RM100 (Sabah & Sarawak):
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 for the first kg and additional RM1 for subsequent kg
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM12 for the first kg and additional RM1 for subsequent kg

How long will it take for my parcel to be shipped out after payment is made?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-4 days after payment has been made. However, if your purchase consists of an item under "Back Order" status, we will only ship your parcel after the backorder item has arrived in our warehouse.
What courier service does Marco eStore use to deliver my parcels?
We use POSLAJU for delivery. More information about Pos Laju can be found here.
What if my parcel goes missing?
Once parcel is shipped, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service. However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on your behalf.
